“Caramel” Apple Slices



Here is how you make them:


  • Slice a couple apples

  • Melt some chocolate

  • Make the caramel. Mix together: 2 T. maple syrup, 2 T. raw cashew butter, 3/4 t. pure vanilla extract, & a pinch of salt.


Drizzle melted chocolate and "caramel" on apples! Eat right away or set in the fridge or freezer so the caramel can harden a little, then eat! Store in either the fridge or freezer.
