Chickpea Salad Sandwich


  • 1/2 can chickpeas, drained & mashed with fork

  • 2 t. Dijon mustard

  • 2 T. Organic roasted garlic tahini

  • Lemon juice, from 1 lemon

  • Drizzle of olive oil

  • Diced celery

  • Diced red onion

  • Salt, pepper, & garlic powder to taste


With a fork, mash & mix all the ingredients together. Serve in gluten-free sprouted bread with lettuce & sprouts!
