Chocolate Coconut Almond Fudge

1/2 c. raw coconut oil

2/3 c. raw almond butter

2/3 c. 100% pure maple syrup

1 T. vanilla extract

A dash of sea salt or Himalayan salt

1/2 t. almond extract

1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1 bag of enjoy life chocolate chips


  1. Add coconut oil, almond butter, & maple syrup to a saucepan on medium heat, & stir. Once it starts bubbling, leave it on this soft boil for 1 min stirring every 15 seconds.

  2. Turn the stovetop off, and add the vanilla extract, a dash of sea salt, shredded coconut & almond extract.

  3. Pour in an 8x8 glass pan and put it in the freezer for 1-2 hours or until caramel is hard.

  4. When caramel is hard, melt chocolate chips & pour on top of the caramel. Set pan back in the freezer.

  5. Once chocolate is hardened, take out of the freezer, sprinkle course sea salt or Himalayan salt on top, & enjoy! Store in the freezer for a quick chocolate fix! 🙂
