Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Shake (Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, & Refined Sugar-Free)

This cookie dough recipe makes 45-50 mini cookie dough balls for 4+ protein shakes. You can freeze the cookie dough balls and add them to protein shakes anytime!
For the protein shake:
-Your favorite vanilla protein shake! I use Clean Simple Eats Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder.
For the cookie dough:
-1/2 cup extra fine almond flour (Not packed! Spooned & leveled)
-5 T. Arrowroot flour
-1 t. Coconut flour
-1 1/2 T. Coconut oil, melted
-2 1/2 T. Maple syrup
-1/2 T. Vanilla extract
-1/8 teaspoon Himalayan salt
In a small microwave safe bowl (the size of a cereal bowl), mix all the flours together. Stirring every 15 seconds, microwave the flour for 1 minute and 15 seconds or until the temperature reaches 165°F. This is just to heat proof the flour and kill off bacteria.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the flour and stir together with a spoon until evenly combined!
Set the dough in the freezer for 5-10 minutes so the dough is easier to work with.
Scoop with a 1/4 teaspoon and roll into little cookie dough balls.
Add cookie dough balls to your favorite protein shake and freeze the rest of the dough balls in a sealed bag!
*When raw flour is consumed there is a potential risk of foodborne illness. Follow step 1 to heat treat the flour.
