Easy Chili (GF & DF)

Ingredients

1 pound of ground beef

1/2 sweet onion, diced

Minced garlic, to taste

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 cans of pinto beans, drained (or 1 can of great northern beans & 1 can of kidney beans)

1 can of tomato sauce

1 can of corn (or about a cup of frozen corn)


Directions

Brown the ground beef on the stove with the sweet onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. When the hamburger is done, throw all the ingredients in a crock-pot and turn on low until ready to serve! Or you can throw all the ingredients in a saucepan on the stove and serve when warm!
