Loaded Clean Vegan Nachos



Homemade Corn Tortilla Chips:

Set the oven to 350 degrees. With a pizza cutter, cut the corn tortillas like a pizza into 8 triangles. Lay out triangles evenly on a sprayed cookie sheet. Lightly spray the top of the corn tortillas with an organic cooking spray. Sprinkle sea salt on top. Cook for 17-18 min, flipping half-way


Toppings:

Diced Sweet potatoes (cooked), black beans, greens, avocado, green onions, yellow onions, Pica de Gallo, salsa, cilantro, Bitchin’ Sauce, & Plant Based Cauliflower dip.
