LOADED VEGGIE CHICKPEA WRAP

This "recipe" is not exact measurements! Just throw these together:


Sweet potatoes, diced & roasted

Kale

Wild Rice, cooked

Chickpeas

Salsa

Tortilla

Tomatoes, diced

Green onions, diced

Gluten-Free wrap

Cheese (Optional)


In a frying pan on medium heat, add kale, cooked wild rice, roasted potatoes, & chickpeas. Stir until everything is warm & kale is sautéed.

Wrap this up in a gluten-free tortilla & add tomatoes, green onions, & salsa!

Optional: you can warm the tortilla on a pan and sprinkle cheese on the pan and cook the tortilla on the cheese so you can have crunchy cheese outside of the tortilla! This is my favorite part!
