My Classic Pancakes

  • 1 cup of almond milk

  • 1 cup of gluten-free flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 T. Olive oil

  • 2 t. baking powder

  • 2 T. honey

  • 1/2 t. Himalayan salt


Blend together in a blender! Spoon batter onto a greased skillet using a 1/4 cup measuring cup. Flip pancakes when they start to bubble! Serve with desired toppings.
