Nutritious Collard Greens Wraps:


-1 bunch of collard greens leaves (around 6 in a bunch)

-Carrots, shredded

-Cucumber, sliced (I slice it “long ways” for this)

-Purple cabbage, shredded

-Red onion, sliced

-Avocado, sliced

-Broccoli or alfalfa sprouts

Tahini sauce:

-3 T. unsalted tahini

-3 T. coconut aminos

-juice from 1/2 lemon

-1 T. White wine vinegar

-1 inch piece of fresh ginger (I peel it, you don’t have to)

-1/4 t. @sietefoods Botana Sauce (or Sriracha sauce)


1. Blend the Tahini sauce ingredients in a blender until smooth.

2. Roll up the veggies in the collard greens wraps like a burrito!

3. Dip the wraps into the sauce or drizzle the sauce in the wrap before rolling!
