Probiotic & Antioxidant Açaí Smoothie Bowl


Kefir contains millions of probiotics and the açaí & berries are filled with antioxidants! Enjoy!


Smoothie base:

1 cup plain kefir

1/2 banana

Small handful of spring mix

1 serving size of açaí powder (I did 1 tsp)

1/4-1/2 scoop of vanilla vegan protein powder

Handful of mixed frozen fruit


Toppings:

Granola

Strawberries

Bananas

Coconut flakes

Chia seeds

Drizzle of raw honey


Directions

  1. Blend kefir, banana, spring mix, açaí, & protein powder until smooth.

  2. Add frozen fruit until it’s at the desired thickness.

  3. Pour into a bowl and add desired toppings!
