Soft & Moist Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Banana Bread with Chocolate Chunks on top



Clean Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread (GF)


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 3/4 cup Maple syrup or honey

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 t. Baking soda

  • 1/2 t. Salt

  • 3 large overripe bananas

  • 2 cups of old fashioned GF rolled oats

  • Enjoy Life Semi-Sweet Mega Chunks (found here)

Directions

  1. Set the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Grease a bread pan and set it aside.

  3. Blend everything in a blender except for chocolate chunks. Blending up in a blender is an important step because the oats need to blend, so make sure it is done in a blender.

  4. Pour the batter in the greased pan

  5. Sprinkle the chocolate chunks on top of the batter

  6. Bake for 48-50 minutes.
