Soft & Moist Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Banana Bread with Chocolate Chunks on top
Clean Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread (GF)
Ingredients
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
3/4 cup Maple syrup or honey
2 eggs
1 t. Baking soda
1/2 t. Salt
3 large overripe bananas
2 cups of old fashioned GF rolled oats

Directions
Set the oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a bread pan and set it aside.
Blend everything in a blender except for chocolate chunks. Blending up in a blender is an important step because the oats need to blend, so make sure it is done in a blender.
Pour the batter in the greased pan
Sprinkle the chocolate chunks on top of the batter
Bake for 48-50 minutes.
